The hotel is definitely a bit dated. The rooms have been renovated but there is a still cigarette stench lingering throughout....which you can smell as spon as you walk through the doors. Our room floor was pretty dirty. We used clorox wipes to clean the floors as best we could but it needs a good sweep, mop down disinfection. For the price I expected better. It was decent for a short two night stay until cruise day.

Old and outdated. Needs to be cleaned up as well. Not a fair representation of Hampton Inns I am accustomed to staying. Second time in past 12 years I have stayed here waiting for cruise, but not again. Neighborhood is not safe or clean and definitely not a place for families.

No room ready for us.

We had a reservation for a one night. I was told our room would be ready by 3 pm. We arrived at 3:15 and was told our room wasn’t ready and was told to sit in the lobby and wait. We waited over 1 hour and had to ask again if our room was ready. Finally it became ready. What a disappointment and not a good way to start our vacation. Doubt we will ever stay with your group again.

Zero complaints. Great. Shuttle from cruise to airport. and vv. Restaurants - 5 minute walk. Nice Breakfast. Comfy & quiet room. Very accommodating to early arrivals. Very friendly staff. We did not use parking option but is $5/day for cruisers. Do it!! Oh, yes GREAT price!!
