A lot of unfriendly, inattentive staff, with the exception of the bartenders of the Bamboo Tiki Bar who were great. No comforter on the bed so we called the front desk. No answer. Had to go down to ask for one along with the WiFi PW. They just rolled their eyes but gave us both. Food in the Tiki Bar was typical bar food. Not really walkable to many bars/restaurants. Overpriced "resort" for what you get.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice, but I would say that it is in need of an upgrade. Furniture in the rooms seems a bit old, and the bed was only moderately comfortable. Perhaps the mattress could be replaced. Overall, a fine stay I was attending a wedding and it served its purpose

Pictures looked much better than the property. Just a mess inside rooms were very dated they looked clean but very dated. Said ocean is what er reserved but the view was of the condos from the side.

This place is a bit aged but I really loved it. Can't beat the beach view and access. The tiki restaurant was not too bad either, and it seemed to be a place locals liked to visit. The parking is valet and is a flat daily rate. Something to keep in mind.

Was perfect and received a surprisingly wonderful upgrade!!!! Was able to walk to the local shops, right on the beach, tiki bar a must, will definitely be a return guest!!!! Thank you!!!!

The only thing we did not like with a two dopes in218 that were fighting at 12:30 in the morning call the front desk and you guys responded quick and they shut up the rest of the night
