STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Arrived at the hotel after landing and was appaled at what I saw. Homeless people everywhere, people doing drugs in the parking lot, the place looks like it belonged in Gaza and had been freshly bombed. For my own safety I tried to cancel my reservation but the clerk said I would have to go thru hotels.com. If I don't get a refund I will end my relationship with hotels.com.

Booked a room, and was going to be arriving late night.. I called to inform the staff member of this 2 different times before 2AM and nobody answered either attempt.. I then arrived at hotel at 2:10AM to a very rude gentleman working the front desk stated he could not check me in after 2AM even though I had a paid reservation.. (wish he would have answered my calls prior to this) Ended up having to drive an hour to a different hotel that I could check in at still, of course having to pay for this now the second room of the night.. Upon numerous attempts to be refunded I was told it could not be done.. not sure why it matters what time I arrive at a hotel room if I’ve already paid for it?? Never again

Double D’s - Disgusting & Dirty!

My family Went to stay during Hurricane Helene because of power outage at home. This place Smelled like urine in the hallways, bathroom was pure disgusting, some type of tiny flying insects coming off of one of the beds and roaches coming out of the microwave. I have never left a hotel so fast in my entire life!

Hotel discriminates against locals staying in hotel, unfriendly, roach infested rooms and not at all helpful. On top of that want a $100 deposit, will not be staying again!
