The place is great. The food, the pools, the room, the shows, the people are great. The beach was not as nice as other hotels I have been to in the Riviera Maya but it's not something I care about since my daughter enjoyed the pool all five days we were at this resort. I would go back to this resort in the future,, and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

We arrived at 8 am and asked for king size bed. They said your room will be ready at 3 pm. When we came back what we got was queen bed. Their manager said we did not have king bed today which is hard to believe since we were there at 8 am to check in. Anyway, the first night of sleep was not that convenient for us. Next day at 3 pm we got moved to another room with a king bed. The room had a better view and a king bed. Our very young waiters in Italian restaurant was not good at all. He was not friendly and gave us attitude for not ordering their wine which was extra charge. I told him we are celebrating birthday tonight but no cake or singing happy birthday for our table. Food varieties were great but tast and quality were ok. Overall it was a good vacation.

We had not been to an AI on over 15 years. While visiting Mexico for 6 weeks, at the end of our travels we decided, we needed a little R&R, Ocean Coral was perfect for this. Lots of food options our bedroom was nice. Pools were nice. All was good except our AC didn't really work the 1st night & by the 3rd night it did not work at all. Room 9402

Stayed in a room with two queen beds on the ground floor of the kids section. It was spacious for a family of 4, quiet and convenient. The room was musty but we brought an air freshener and moisture traps to help with the humidity. The staff at the resort are top notch from lobby to bar to entertainment team. Everyone who works there works hard and are eager to help. The beach and grounds are tended to regularly and we saw a crew of twenty in the mornings to pick up trash from the day before by hand along the beach. There are plenty of food options all day so you won’t get hungry or bored with the selection. We tipped at every meal, multiple times a day at the bars and every day for the maids. All were appreciated.
