Excellent hotel matched with superb service and delicious food! We are a family of hour and traveled for 5 days and had the two story room with the rooftop pool. We wished the room was larger and it really should not be sold as sleep able for four. It’s very small for that. But overall the hotel was lovely and the service was excellent and we really enjoyed the food. Great place and would go back again.

10/10. Service and amenities were so impressive. Adult trip and while there were tons of kids, we did the excellence club which gave us access to many adult only parts. We had an issue with our room the first night and as a result got spa credit, late check out, priority reservations for dinner and excellent handling during our entire stay. There are plenty of food options. Would definitely recommend, especially doing the excellence club upgrade.

This was a beautiful experience We traveled as a family of 4 with the children ages of 13 and 7. We all enjoyed the tray very much we will definitely return. It was so safe the children can roam the resort without any worries and the food options are amazing. There are many things to do as a family the room fit all 4 of us comfortably and they are really good with the customer service we will definitely return

We enjoyed our time at the Finest Playa Mujeres Resort. The staff was friendly, easy to get seated at restaurants (even with our large group - 21 people). No complaints by anyone in our group; even the kids had a great time, which always makes it easier for the parents to relax and enjoy themselves. From what my friends/family have told me, it is on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. We will definitely go back.

The grounds and rooms of this property were very nice. The concierge was very accommodating and the housekeeping staff were great. We chose a swim up suite, so we could enjoy the water and drinks while our 15 month old napped and went down early for bed. Our swim up was FREEZING, and had 0 sun exposure. There was no handle on the outside of the patio door, so nearly impossible to shut and reopen while our son napped. If we left the door cracked (so we could get back inside), we would get calls from the front desk, this waking our kiddo. Any bar was about a quarter mile from said swim up suite, making our plan to enjoy ourselves while our son napped impossible. The kids area was very isolated from everything else, so it was a big to do to take him over there for the 30 minutes or so he might be interested. Food was good at night, fairly limited during the day. Las dunas beach hut had terrible food and was the only place you didn’t have to get redressed and go sit down for (another big to do with a 15 month old). Sweet corner was a life saver for warm milk for our kid. The crib in the room was great, the rooms do get nice and dark for nap. Height chairs almost everywhere. Overall, a nice family resort, but could be improved upon. We won’t be returning

I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel, the staff and our experience. This is our second time coming (5 years ago was the last time) with our kids now 11 and 7. Both were exceptional stays. Many of the dishes during our stay were comparable to Michelin star meals. Everyone went out of their way to provide thoughtful and meaningful moments. Staff remembered my name and my kids faces. They were always friendly and welcoming. This is truly a luxury vacation, and was a discount for what I paid with respect to the quality and service I received. The kids have proclaimed our next vacation is here. I’m on board with it;)

This was by far the best resort we have ever stayed at near Cancun. The staff was attentive and quick with every request. There were various activities for kids/teens to keep busy. The only thing I would change is to have more inclusive activities, while there were lots of adults only activities and kids/teen activities there were not many activities to do together as a family. For example, the pool volleyball was adults only, and when our nearly 16 year old son wanted to join he couldn't. Which is fine, but we never got the option to play pool volleyball on the family pool side. It seems like the fun activities were reserved for adults only. Other than that, the resort was absolutely amazing, and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the finest playa mujeres from 1/4/25-1/11/25 and absolutely loved every minute of it. The place was clean, safe, the staff including the waiters at all the dinning places, the cleaning staff, the staff at the beach, by the pool, each one of them was extremely kind, helpful, respectful and worked with a smile of their face. The only thing we would have liked would have been heated pools and hotter jaccuzzis. We will definetely be back!

A beautiful resort with very friendly staff that is always happy to help and provide service. Lots of dining options, with really good food, without the long lines and wait times that often plague all-inclusive resorts. Great bars and service as well. Beautiful beach with lots of sunbeds and shade. Our little one loved the activities at the Kids club and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed.

This resort, staff and amenities was awesome. Exactly what we wanted and met and exceeded our expectations. Food and cocktails were luxuary. Kids amenities and kids water parks were amazing. The staff was exceptional. Night time entertainment was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

The room AC system malfunctioned and was fixed with a fungus smell. Room 5265. It was like twisting an arm and a leg to switch rooms. They masked the smell with spray and tried to convince me to stay in the same room until I talked to the manager. The new room AC was making a loud rattling noise #5373 when the fan was on high. I practically kept it low to minimize the noise to sleep. When the AC system is off, a cold draft still comes and feels the draft. Overall the place is beautiful but I didn't like their room. Staff can use more smiles when talking to clients. They do greet but seem mad. A hostess named Yarexy from Duke's restaurant should be an example of a greeting. She was by far the best friendly staff.
