No room tour, hospitality was subpar, some of the staff members acted as if it was a bother to ask for some of the services. No room upgrade even though they said they would let us know if there was any, but they never let us know anything. The food was good, Legends was great vibes, the pool area was small and barely ever had chair available for my family, mosquitos were a huge issue. The prices at the gift store were too high. The Punta Cana location was way better.

The only inconvenience is that the WIFI and cell reception was awful. It only worked in the main building. Also there should be a pharmacy in the resort. It will help a lot

Exceptional hotel, incredibly good service, food options, safety. It is located in Playa mujeres, Punta Sam, out of the crowdedness of Cancun hotel zone, but still close enough for ocasional visits for shopping or shows. We used Uber. Highly recommended property. Will definitely go back to same.

Property was fine. You aren’t able to make reservations at the restaurants, so sometimes the wait times to get seated for dinner were over an hour. The food was ok. It definitely is a loud resort so if you are looking for peace and quiet it probably should not be your first choice. Customer service was a hit or miss. Sometimes they did a great job and sometimes it was terrible. Rooms are pretty clean for the most part.

Food 4/10, Service 10/10 Room was very outdated and small Beach is very private 9/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Food is big for me and only one restaurant was above a 7/10 for me. Buffet doesn’t have many varieties and the rest of the restaurants were either too salty or tasteless. I would not come back. But service, beach, cleanliness is great.

Staff is so welcoming, friendly, attentive and overall made my visit the best. The hotel is clean, the amenities and dining options are good but the staff hospitality is what left the best lasting impression. I am very impressed.

Food isn’t that great. It’s edible. They start cleaning super early and you can hear them working right outside your door. I was woken up everyday 7am. They were brushing the floor or something. We paid an upgrade for our own pool in our room and the room was nice but the walk to the beach was SUPER far.

Great for families. We were treated very kindly and the property was spotless. Food is 4/5 and the Golden Bar has excellent cocktails. Wonderful kiddie pool. Seriously just go!
