Flights from Las Vegas to Los Angeles will take off from the McCarran International Airport (LAS). Direct Las Vegas to Los Angeles flights take just under an hour so you you'll be transported from the desert to the beach before you know it. If you are departing for your flights from Las Vegas to Los Angeles from Terminal 1, you should take the RTC bus that connects directly from downtown Las Vegas, which is only five miles away. If you are returning a rental car to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility, just hop on the free airport shuttle that carries passengers to the terminals.
Your flights from Las Vegas to Los Angeles will land at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). After your Las Vegas to Los Angeles flights land, you can take the FlyAway bus that offers cheap service to downtown Los Angeles, which is about sixteen miles away. Shuttle Bus G gives free connections to the LAX station on the Metro Green Line; the bus runs every fifteen minutes. If you rent a car, use Interstate 405 to get to downtown Los Angeles, but beware, this trip can take a long time depending on the time of day. Hundreds of cabs will be lined up near the central terminal if you are looking for taxi or limousine service to the city.
