The Graham was beautiful and easy to get to in Georgetown. Service was excellent, rooms large and nice, clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect walkable to any location in Georgetown. Parking right on site. Would definitely stay there again.

Two things about this room were issues we have never encountered in a hotel room, and they significantly disrupted our sleep. First, there was no blackout curtain above the AC unit, so the room had an orange light throughout the night from the outside streetlights. Secondly, both of the queen beds squeaked on their frames when we moved. This kept two out of the three of us awake many times -- our 18 year old slept right through it, not unsurprisingly. There were only two bath towels in a room with two queen beds -- there should have been two more available in the room. It's a shame because the hotel itself was quite nice, the room was very clean and quiet, the decor was great, and the area also very good. We booked this for a visit to American University and it was convenient for that location, and Georgetown was even closer.
