Very friendly and professional staff. We arrived early, and they assisted with allowing us to store our luggage until room ready. They notified us via cell phone that our room was ready 3 hours early.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. We had a cancelled flight and needed a hotel with shuttle service. Our driver was very friendly and informative. Front desk staff were great at check-in and check- out. Excellent customer service! I would recommend this hotel.

We got in late after the shuttle was done for the day, they came and got us anyway. When we left they did not have a shuttle to take us so they called us an Uber and payed for it. Very accommodating

Good port in this storm
Great location I could find driving from the airport even in a downpour. Ty at the front desk was efficient, courteous, quick, bilingual and accommodating. Room was clean, appeared recently updated with very comfortable bed, nice fixtures and great shower. Fitness room more than adequate. Breakfast par for the course with good attention from staff. Cruise port shuttle if needed. Outdoor facing room on second floor but no street noise, felt completely safe and close parking
