Overall the property is good with great potential. Area is great, rooms were comfortable, clean and well designed. During our stay, we noticed that there was no one attending the pool area. There was also no water stand or anyway to hydrate while being out in the pool area. The restaurant was also closed the majority of the time, which left very little options for breakfast or lunch. The hotel seemed a bit understaffed as well.

Staff was super nice. I was unsure how to enter the building coming from the Haya side sign. But the staff was great. Room was clean great stay.
Very nice property in a fun and unique neighborhood with festive nights and serene mornings. The free trolley to downtown and harbor has stops nearby. Staff is friendly and the free coffee in the morning is adjacent to a cafe with pastry items. Great bar, patio and pool area too.
