Dirty carpet, musty smell, food on floors from previous guests and only 2 towels. We could also hear street traffic all night and all day.....we stayed on the 10th floor. That's ridiculous. Will not stay there ever again!

It was noisy with all rooms near the elevators. Staff members were vacuuming the hallway for no emergency reason after 10pm at night. My bed/bed topper was on a slant and I couldn't get myself righted on it at all trying to sleep on it. I asked for down-free pillows due to allergies, but they sent up feather pillows. The coffee bar did not have any decaf espresso to make a coffee drink. If I could get my money back, I would. The best part of my stay was I was allowed to have an extra TWO hours for checkout.
