We enjoyed our stay the property is nice and the staff is excellent. They had a nice cafe to get food and drinks at .my dog could stay free and they gave us a nice goodie bag for her . The only negative is it’s a bit noisy you can hear cars on the street but the staff said they were going to fix that with the remodel they are about to do but I’d stay here again I liked the entire vibe and experience of this hotel .

The facility is unquestionably wonderful. The staff needs training in payment questions. I was not given a receipt and the staff couldn’t retrieve one. They couldn’t answer any questions regarding my prior full payment through Expedia and why they needed another payment card. After requesting a receipt upon checkout, I finally figured it out myself. The check-in payment was for parking and incidentals. I wasn’t allowed to complete a sentence, before the cashier would cut me off mid sentence with her version of what I was trying to say. Frustration to the max.

I didnt realize it was pet friendly. Of course we had a dog or 2 in our hallway barking for a while. Thank goodness they didn't bark all night. As for our room, we had sugar ants in 2 areas of the room. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and the shower drain backed up (was slow to drain). Pillows were awful and went flat the minute your head was on them. The lobby was always lively and clean. I didn't get a chance to use the starbucks/cafe. The location was perfect.
