Definitely coming back to Secret Harbour! Best vacation ever!

Really nice boutique hotel. Staying up on the hill, the views were incredible. Large one bedroom suite, nice little kitchen. The steps up the hill are reasonable. Beach bar and adjoining restaurant were excellent and prices were in line for being on an island. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach with good spacing in between. Mostly older crowd so it’s peaceful. Snorkeling was as good as any we found in the VI. High quality rental equipment on the property for $20/day. Taxi to red hook (main dining area) and ferry to St. John was about 5 minutes. Get the number of your taxi driver so you can text for future pickup requests. Much more efficient. Pro tip: the bar will fill up your water bottles with filtered water. If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation with a great beach and fantastic snorkeling, this is a play you may want to consider.

Very pretty views. The food is excellent but pricey and small portions. We rented a car. I suggest renting a car.

Beach is best on island

The beach is excellent! The unit we stayed in was very dated and not well maintained. There are two restaurants on the property; the bar is great with very good food but the fine dining left a lot to be desired. Overall service was less than great. You need to either have a car or be prepared to hire a taxi to everything; nothing is walkable! We booked 6 nights but left after 4 and went to nicer accommodations for the last 2 nights. As usual, the internet paints a much better picture than you actually get.

Secret Harbor did not disappoint us. We wanted a place that would accommodate a family of four, let us do our own cooking, and had its own beach. That's exactly what we got. We had to change rooms because there was some noisy construction happening underneath our room, but the hotel staff were quick to find us another room - and they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room at no charge.

The property is located in a great secluded bay, the rooms are nice but the level of finish in the rooms depend highly on whether the owners updated the interior. We had an older room and our friends had a newly renovated room that was much nicer.

The beach was amazing, beautiful, quiet, and great for swimming/snorkeling. The property was secluded but also with reasonable proximity to town. We had a wonderful stay as a couple's getaway.

The staff were excellent. The beach was great. Excellent resource for individuals or families

Nice set up and best view ever...the place was kept clean and never saw the cleaning people. The only thing missing is some darker curtains in the bedroom instead of white to help block some of the light coming in at 6 a.m. wonderful stay though. Would def. Recommend.

Almost like going back in time, the property is older, but they are doing a great job keeping it maintained! You can tell they strive to keep the rooms and property as clean as possible. Our room was spacious and cutely decorated. We ate the Sunset Grill for dinner and was impressed with the food. (Definitely paid island prices)

Great place. Great beach.

Friendly, well maintained.

Miss Kadisha at the front desk is wonderful. The room was perfect clean and we can’t wait to come back

Nice resort with a great beach. We enjoyed the beachfront restaurant. Close to all the restaurants and shops in Red Hook. The check-in person was particularly unfriendly and the process took an excessive amount of time, which did not start our stay off on the greatest note.
