Great location!
The hot water in the shower was messed up. Had to turn on the sink for hot water to flow. Parking was pretty narrow and difficult.
Right in the heart of Christiansted. Clean and convenient to everything: to the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel has no elevator but we did not mind. We were in the 3rd floor. The property is fenced and the walkway inside was nice and safe even at night. My husband walked to get his 10K steps every night. The pool is beautiful overlooking the ocean although we did not use it since we were in the beach everyday. You can take a boat across Cay Island for $5.00 round trip and it is very convenient. Nate's Restaurant is conveniently located in the property with a nice view of the water. The staff were nice and helpful. We requested an every other day room service and extra pillows. Note: the floor is tiled and you may want to bring slippers if you don't want cold floor. Carpets would easily get dirty and sand from the beach is not good. The balcony was a good size. We had a double bed and it was very comfortable. There is good internet service. The microwave and ref was convenient. We went to St. Croix to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary with my 2 sons and we were happy with our stay. We had a car and we parked it for free inside the property. We had a great time and we will certainly go back esp. with the price we paid. Highly recommend for a nice, clean hotel that is very convenient to all. Thanks.

Roaches and hot water issues
The property was "tropical" with beautiful flowers and shrubs. My room was quiet, except there are lots of free roaming wild chicken all over and at around 3am and 5-6am they start to sing. which wakes you up, though not much of a disturbance. "You really don't need an alarm" :) My room was clean and comfortable. Suggest you bring bed slippers or shoe, because the rooms does not have carpet, at least mines on the first floor. The floor are mad of shiny tiles and with the air-conditioning on the floor can be cold. I ate breakfast at local coffee shop--had an egg sandwich, MinuteMaid bottle of OJ, hot oatmeal and it was very delicious. Oh yeah, one critique is the cable tv is horrible not much channels and the TV, though, digital, is like 2008 type model--flat screen but picture settings is dark or blurry.

The location is perfect and Nate’s Boathouse is amazing! Joe and staff there were awesome hosts. The disappointing part is where they had the pool listed open and available, however it had been down for quite some time. It was under construction and also had a leak in the ceiling down into the bar while I was there. With that being said, the staff is what made it and I will totally go back to enjoy the pool once it is repaired.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful . Debbie the front desk lady was a sweetheart, going above and beyond as far as customer being satisfied with hotel accommodations. I had trouble with the internet connection she followed thru and everything was perfect .
Big room, clean, great location for nightlife
I liked the location. Close to dive shops, restaurants and shopping.
Security needs to check for homeless people sleeping by the upstairs rooms door entrances
It had bed bugs We had bug bites on our bodies. Staff was very friendly.
It has the best location on the boardwalk and loved the ferry to Cay Island which has a beautiful beach.
I like the fact that it had a pretty good size balcony along with chairs and a table. The only downside about that was that it's not a view of the beach if that's what your looking for.
