Quirky 100 year old hotel with claw foot tubs and rocking chairs in the front porch. Exceptionally friendly staff, an easy walk to the pier and parking garage nearby.

Cordova under construction.
Kayla , the manager was wonderful, helpful and sympathetic. The hotel is under construction and the work began at 6:45 am right outside our room. We moved rooms for the next night. My recommendation is to avoid Cordova Inn until the construction is complete.

I was in St. Petersburg for a wedding on what turned out to be a very busy weekend. The hotel was conveniently located and very affordable. My main issue was noise, both from the window air conditioner and the street noise. My room was at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of noise. I would recommend a room towards the back of the hotel.

Historical Downtown Hotel
Quaint, historical hotel in downtown St. Pete. Free parking at a nice garage less than a block away. Some construction going on now, so can be noisy during the day. Three floors but no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs (not a problem for us). Cute coffee shop/bar. Stopped for drinks at night and the bartender was excellent. If you love historical buildings, this one is adorable. Loved the historical photography throughout.
