Nice place with complimentary happy hour and an excellent full breakfast. Staff was awesome!!!
Clean. Can walk to various sites.
Positives - great location for doing tourist stuff. The room we had (222) was amazing with super high ceilings on a corner. Lots of space and a door to properly close between the rooms for privacy. The staff was doing their best and were really nice. Negatives - it was super noisy as it appeared that the police/ambulance etc. had sirens outside on the road throughout the night, so hard to sleep. No fault of the hotel. They were severely understaffed for a holiday weekend with super long lines for breakfast, which was very annoying. They constantly ran out of food and places to sit were at a premium. Could have used a good vacuum in the hallways. Pool & hot tub were full of screaming kids and parents who really weren't watching their kids. Holiday weekend = kids dumping their food on the floor and clean up didn't happen promptly (see understaffing). Also took a long time for the mandatory valet parking ($45-50/night) to retrieve the car. Park elsewhere - it will be easier and less expensive.
Downtown STL, in general, isn’t the nicest or safest, but the hotel did a great job with 24x7 doormen which added a level of safety as well as convenience. Staff was good. They over-booked my first night but sent me to a different hotel at their cost and reimbursed my Uber fees. A bit of a hassle, but they took care of me as best they could to make it right. Room was way more spacious than expected. A little dated but overall very nice!
We were told that the hotel was sold out and the room we had already checked in to had a broken A/C. We were sent to an airport hotel where we had the worst experience.
The breakfast was excellent as was the happy hour. The location was walkable to the Arch, Busch Stadium, and nearly everything else we did while in town. I would definitely return to this property.
This is the only hotel we will stay at when we visit Downtown St. Louis. It never disappoints.
Great customer service
Great location. Nice and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and evening manager reception. Would def recommend this hotel.
We stayed at the Embassy suites in downtown St. Louis for one week while visiting family for the holidays. It definitely surpassed our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful 24 hours a day. Our room was always stocked with everything we could possibly need. Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be staying here again!
Loved the customer service! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful!
Rooms are large and comfortable! EVERY employee was superb, nice and friendly. Had some that went above and beyond! Will DEFINITELY stay here again! Embassy should be very proud of their entire staff!!
Complimentary cocktail hour was fantastic
Three different rooms all had bed bugs.
The best thing about the stay here was the staff! Everyone we dealt with from Valet to breakfast attendants, check in and out staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent crew here! The location is great! We received free valet parking that went smoothly considering a huge even had just let out at the Dome of America’s. The breakfast was excellent and stocked well. Elevators were fast and there were enough to keep your wait time short. The furniture in our room was chipped and old looking. The upholstery looked faded and worn. The bed was ok. All surfaces were clean and sanitized. The pillows were horrible! I loved everything about the hotel but was disappointed somewhat by the conditions of the furniture. They need upgrading. Please buy new pillows!

Thank you for your understanding Austin, it is never an easy process when we have unexpected stay overs resulting in the hotle being oversold. I am glad to hear the team managed it well and you enjoyed the stay.

Rocio, I am sorry your room's AC unit was unable to be repaired before you arrived. We feel worse that the airport property was not a great experience. Please contact us so we can help make it right for you.
