I love the Strathallen! Right in the heart of downtown Rochester and a lovely section of town surrounded by amazing old Victorian Homes. it feels so amazing to feel at home when I’m so far away! Thank you so much for an amazing stay once again !!
Bar was a empty and it took 10 minutes for the bat tender to even ask if we wanted anything , house keeping knocked on our door and tried to let themselves in a 9:39 and 10:16 on the morning of checkout ... I mean we didn’t have to leave till 11am. The 11.$ cosmos’s where 1/2 full . Just very disappointing
I get cold easily. Heater was easily adjustable to my taste unlike other hotels. Refrigerator and microwave also available (unlike other hotels in area). Breakfast was amazing!!
The hotel was warm, inviting, clean, functional, and the rooms were terrific. Overall, a great experience. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio with a large fire roaring nearby.
Fantastic location great for business Food is awesome. Workout facilities are adequate and valet parking!
I recently stayed for three nights at The Strathallan in Rochester, NY. I grew up here and was visiting home for a family reunion. What I love most about this hotel is its rich and diverse history, the neighborhood and its environs, and the classiness of the establishment. The only drawbacks were the slow elevators (we stayed there at full capacity) and one night a wedding party was too loud outside of our third floor room.
Hotel was perfect....very classy, convenient, and confortable . Will stay there every time I come to Rochester again...A+++
