When I arrived I was told that someone checked in using my reservation and they were given my room. The manager mistakenly checked a guest in with my reservation. I was given another room and told that I would not be charged; I was charged and the room did not have two beds as I had reserved, my son had to sleep on the couch.
Very friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed with super pillows. Great hot breakfast.
They kept trying to enter my room all night. No calls just kept unlocking the door and banging it into the 2ndary lock. Unprofessional. We were literally only there to sleep and they woke me up twice from 3-9 am. Horricle experience.
The property is falling apart
It didn't appear that the carpets in the hallway had been vaccuumed for a while. The breakfast was fine, but the pancake machine was out of order for the entire week. There was a Keurig in the room, but the staff were unable to provide kcups.
Property was extremely dirty, our beds had no sheets and no extra blankets for my family of 6. We booked a smoke free room and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The complimentary breakfast was out of most things and there was very little to eat or drink.
The breakfast was poor. The selections were only 2 hot things. No fruit, waffle maker, etc. The rest of ny 2 day stay was great. The shower pressure could have been a bit harder, but all and all a decent hotel for a quick trip. Pool was not filled, so that was out of commission.
The room had an odor to it and the AC was so loud and squeaking that we had to turn it off in order to sleep.
I loved the mattress. I was on the bottom floor. Many footsteps above and people walking around about 2:00. Slamming of the guests hotel doors.

We left early because all night long people were banging on doors and stomping on the floor above us. Then our hotel room phone kept ringing at midnight saying it was the front desk and we needed to give them a credit card immediately even though we were already checked into our room and my credit card was already charged. Woke us all up in the middle of the night while we were there for a funeral.
The hotel staff was very friendly. However, the hotel was experiencing renovations. The room directly over our room had power tools and hammers being used until 11:30pm and this was after 3 different complaints. The breakfast area was crowded at best and limited selections were offered and did not change. Half of the parking lot had construction vehicles and supplies staged. We were given attitude when we tried to leave the parking lot. Had I known the hotel was being renovated when I booked, I would have stayed somewhere else.
We called ahead to inform them that we would be arriving early and needed time to get ready for a 3 pm wedding. We arrived at 1:45 and our room was ready. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location of the hotel was perfect for us. Breakfast was nice with a very helpful and friendly lady stocking the food. Our only complaint was that, after breakfast and after taking our luggage out to our car, we went back up to our room prior to checking out, to freshen up. The cleaning staff were already cleaning our room. Opps! A little too aggressive on the cleaning duties! We shared this info withe the front desk, and they promised to address it. Overall though, nice place to stay.
The staff was very understanding of needs. We were 2 Seniors with serious health issues.
