Not as expected
The hotel he stayed out was not what we had expected because it had a good rating. However, when we got in the service was terrible, the heating system was broken. The remote was broken for the tv. We couldn’t use it. No one answered the phone when I needed to tell them there were things that were broken in the room. At all hours of the night there was people smoking weed and a lot of commotion outside. We did not sleep at all.

Front desk staff were careless and showed no concern for our issues. The halls smelled of smoke even though it is a non-smoking facility. The first room that was issued smelled of urine and the second room had false eyelashes on the carpet telling us the room wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. We will never stay here again.

The shower/bathtub needed to be replaced. It was in terrible condition. The room was fairly clean but corners were dusty and it definitely needed to be renovated. The building needs a complete overhaul.

The bed was filthy, stains to include blood on the mattress. I do not believe the bed linen was changed but rather just made up again. In addition, the room smelled of cigarettes as well as the hallway near the electrical room. It was most obvious someone was just spraying a deodorant spray to attempt to cover up the smoke smell. Monday morning I im calling wake county health dept for these issues as well as others. I took pictures.. Also, usual the room key/lock usually did not work and that’s a possible fire hazard/safety issue if their is a fire.
