Best hotel around
We stayed with our family at this hotel for two nights in Nov-2023. This is a great hotel close to Princeton Junction/ University area. The dining options are great and atrium lounges are a great place to hang out. Our kids loved the stay at this property.
I loved the location of this property. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful. But only thing is, breakfast options could have been more. If I come back again to Princeton, I will choose this hotel absolutely. Thanks for everything.
Room was not cleaned daily. When I requested they mentioned they will put me on a list.
Terrible service. Offer coffee on the room but no cups. No blankets in a cold hotel. Dirty carpets, floors. Horrible staff. Very rude & simply not interested in making your stay welcome.
Everyone at the hotel is extremely nice and pleasant. Room was clean, towels were nice for a hotel towel, hotel was quiet.
There was a very strong smoke smell in the room and in the corridors
When I arrived the staff was very nice. My room wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom shower had mold. I called immediately and the front desk sent a gentleman up to vacuum right away. No one came to clean the bathroom, so I did it myself. The next morning I told the manager and they made it right by compensation. It was a nice room…but a dirty one is terrible.
The front desk staff were very accommodating and kind, however the hotel itself was nothing beyond okay. The room itself was clean, but the halls smelled of smoke (not the fault of the hotel) and the carpets in the hall had crumbs all over. Close proximity to Princeton University and to downtown Princeton.

Rooms need to be updated pool was freezing cold with Mosquitoes around it( pictures make the hotel look way better than it was

Amazing!! Lovely staff, awesome food and drinks... ohh how can I forget the POOL !!! Lovely area very close to malls and restaurants. Not sure how people can complain about noise. Will recommend
