Very unclear about whats included and not included
The next room was so loud until 2:30 am. The front desk did not take care of it.

My room had old smelly clothes in the drawers! Maid service must have not opened them. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. I had to request towels from the front desk because when I called no one brought any. You have to request maid service and when I did I had to call twice.
My wife and i were given a room on the 5th floor, unfortunately overlooking the roof of the large one story entry lobby/dining area. The silver coated roof had numerous exhaust vents. I did initially request a nice room with a view. There were no screens at the window, which wheb open allowed bugs to come in. The heating/cooling system did not work when we went to regulate the comfort level. The cabinet that opens up fir access to the refrigerator and micro wave was extremely difficult to open. The refrigerator had not been defrosted, so that very little could be kept inside because the ice was so thick. The bath towels were rough and stiff. Of major distraction was the drunk, obnoxious and LOUD woman who was constantly knocking on several diors so she could let in. This began at 2am and lasted long enough that we couldn't get back to sleep for hours. Not the best experience.
This is a great place. The only complaint is that it takes too long for the water to get hot.
Overall good stay not too far from Manhattan
So close to Manhattan yet away from the craziness - great bar - wish they would keep it till 12 midnight . Nice Restuarant with decent full continental breakfast . Nice !
The staff was very nice, however, I don’t know if now everything changed but we stayed two nights and the room was not done the second day. Although the reservation was made for 4 people, they only gave us two towels, and the bathroom’s extractor was not working so you could see the accumulation of mold in the shower curtain and the sink.
Only the Arian front lobby bar was very helpful.
The check-in staff didn’t understand English- the room was dirty, beds not made properly. Housekeeping came by with new sheets that were dirty - and refused to actually make the bed. Shower had mold

Check in experience was amazing, very friendly and professional staff. Air conditioner in the room was not working, called desk for maintenance and issues was resolved in about 20 min. Technician came up reset the AC unit and it was all good to go after that. Paint chipping on ceiling in room,
