Pretty good costumer service very professional, very clean place included everything as the pictures where shown when i was booking it, definitely coming back.
Everything here was great
The room was beautiful with lots of potential and romantic just needed a few updates like painting the walls some had white stuff running down them and the closet down. The bedding was terrible especially the blanket did not look clean, I switched it out with my own around the bed surface needed to be wiped and dusted. The room smelled old like they don’t let them air out candles fixed that. Lastly, wood is not included for fireplace you have to purchase a small log for $10 which was crazy to me every thing should’ve been included in the overall place.
Shower had 2 showers but only one had hot water. Not enough towels.
I booked a non-smoking room. When I walked into the room, it's full of smoking smell. I asked front desk for a new non-smoking room. Even though it's better than the previous one, but it's still smelly.
Not the cleanest saw quite a few ants and overall room was outdated n dingy.
The hot tub was not working properly there was spider webs in the ceiling and the sheets smell like humid we had to be moved to another room that it was practically the same an can't not enjoy the hot tub like we wanted because the jets wasn't working ither verry disappointed.
The appliances where old the jaqussi didn’t work there was a hole bunch of cheap fixes threw out the whole room was very noticeable it looked like a cheap apartment u would rent would never come back to this one again go to Bensalem one much cleaner and nicer
