It wasva bit depressing. It needs a makeover.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast is good, there is nothing fancy, but it's a solid hotel. Very quiet, lots of parking and near a shopping mall.

Property is aging. Loudest room air conditioners I have ever heard

Breakfast food was bad. Packaged inferior rolls and almost inedible sausage.

The rooms have a lot of space and are great for a family in that regard. The room seemed run down and not what we usually expect from a Hyatt.

The room had an odor and there was no hot water even though we were on the first floor! Also no microwave, that was disappointing too.

Excellent service and condition at a reasonable price. Breakfast was much better than we had originally expected!

Close to Princeton University, very inexpensive. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night for a plumbing issue. Breakfast ended at 930, very early for west coast travelers. Property needs a renovation. Pool was out of service indefinitely. They did not like that we booked with Orbitz.

Great staff, perfect location, clean and good suze room, great breakfast

I stay here routinely for work. It is clean and the staff are friendly. It is easy to get to from the airport or train and there are restaurants within walking distance for dinner. The only thing I was disappointed with on this trip was the lighting in the parking lot. Several of the lights were not working.

I stayed two nights and had no maid service on the second day. My bed wasn't made, my trash wasn't emptied, my coffee wasn't replaced, etc. Probably due to a staffing shortage, but I should have been warned.

Bath room smaller than a closet, room closet too small to fit anything, room exterior door very hard to open need to insert the card couple of times and lift the handle up vs regular way down, parking lot marks have not been repainted in years.

Pool was closed. Breakfast consist of jimmy dean sausage egg and cheese biscuit, yogurt, bananas, granola bar, cereal or bagel. No food on site except $4 candy bars like it seemed to be online. Starbucks is just hot coffee or iced with very limited flavors
