Overall ok. Reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sofabed. Checked in around 5:30pm and they did not have my room ready. When I came back a few hours later they did not have the bedding for the sofabed in the room. Also had no paper cups in the room for water or coffee.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport. My kids enjoyed watching the planes come and go from our window. It was quiet for being right next to the airport. It was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was fantastic!

I almost fell on the extremely slick floor in my hotel room entry way. Like walking on a skating rink. Blame the humidity? No, change the flooring so my spare stays in the air.

Beds were uncomfortable, the person in the morning couldn’t make Starbucks coffee, The food available to eat at night was horrible. Body wash in our room. Fire pit doesn’t work. Indoor pool is cold. Limited feminine products for emergencies. Baseboard in our room was falling off the wall had been attempted to staple it back up, but looked very trashy. I wouldn’t stay here again it was supposed to be a four star hotel. Two stars is overstatement.
