Hotel stay met my expectations but w/some problems
Stayed here during Pensacon 2024 weekend- happy to have my previous Hotels.com rewards money accepted for partial stay payment. Unfortunately during 2 nights on my stay there was a strong smoke/cigarette odor that would get into the air of my non-smoking room & make it difficult for my Dad & I to sleep. I also found my bed sheets & pillows to be uncomfortable & difficult to adjust & sleep well in during multiple nights. Staff service was good- some breakfast items did run out in the dining area on Sunday (ran out of bacon & sausages). Overall hotel stay met my expectations but w/some problems.
