The rooms were simple but nice and had a great amount of storage space to unpack. The shower was also a good size. A bit outdated/worn in overall and nothing fancy but good for the price. The area is busy but you’re very close to the metro to get anywhere you want to be in the city. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and were generally pleased with our visit. The hotel is very well located-right next to the Arc De Triomphe and the Charles De Gaulle Etoille Metro station. The staff was absolutely lovely and available 24hrs a day. The room was recently renovated. The new bathtub was large and deep-allowing for a relaxing soak after all the walking throughout the day. The only issue we had with our stay was that the mattress was VERY firm. It made it rather difficult to sleep some nights.
We came to Paris every year and stayed in different places, but Princess Caroline gave us a very good, comfortable, enjoyable place to stay this time. It's in great location surround by many choices restaurant, just few minutes walk to Arc De Triompt , and only a minute to the Metro where is very convenient for you to go anywhere you would like to. The front desk vary nice and helpful, and the facility is taking care very well daily. The room is as small as any hotel in Paris but very clean with comfortable bed. I'm sure we will come back next year.
