I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, very quiet, and the bed and pillows comfortable. They provided memory foam and regular pillows. I chose it because of its proximity and that my tour left from this hotel. Room service food was very good. Staff very nice.
The best hotel that I've stayed out. Amazing staff. Great food. The inside looked world class. The area surrounding the hotel was not the best. It looked run down and dirty. Even saw a homeless man urinating on the sidewalk.

The hotel has a fresh coat of paint and looks nice inside and out. There wasn’t any one thing that was wrong with our stay, it was more like death by a thousand paper cuts. Front desk doesn’t ever answer the phone. Housekeeping came one day and took the hand towels, wash cloths, robes, and the do not disturb sign (yes, you read that correctly!) and didn’t replace them. When we complained at the front desk they brought us some hand towels. They have a lot of tour groups staying there and they prioritize buses coming and going so you can hop in a taxi and then sit there for 10 minutes because they can’t get past the buses blocking the one-way street. Evening front staff went out of their way to be unhelpful. At one point I asked for a recommendation and the response was “you have a phone, look up places for yourself”. I was shocked since there are many ways to decline to make a recommendation without being outright rude. But it’s France so they definitely live up to their reputation! My general summary is that the hotel was nice but the people made the stay far less enjoyable. I wouldn’t come back nor recommend friends to stay here.
Our room had a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. Beautiful site every night. We’ll worth it.

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. This was our first time in Paris and despite the circumstances that was beyond their control; everyone was truly amazing. The location was the best, almost walking distance to everything. And their breakfast buffet was great. Of all the vacations that I have been on this is definitely in my top. I will be coming here for my future visits.
