This hotel was absolutely lovely and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was more than polite and always attentive. We opted for a room with a terrace and it was a wonderful view. Also, the location is extremely convenient for tourists who want to be central to the attractions and shopping.

Nice location. Got a lower category / smaller room than I booked and paid for. Front desk staff disagreed and continued to disagree despite my confirmation and pictures pictures from Orbitz website. Because I was unhappy ad they realized I, taking pictures of the room,, as a courtesy, they offered me an upgrade to my original booking which I declined because I had already switched rooms and was not willing to spend my short stay in Paris dealing with this hotel. Surprised it met the standards for Hilton / Curio location. Minimal staff at night and property locked. Must ring and wait to get inside. Please note that when booking thru Orbitz, you will not receive any Hilton Honors points or status benefits. Will never stay there again.

Our room was the perfect size. The location of the hotel in relationship to great restaurants, shopping and attractions was amazing. Great English speaking friendly staff!!

We would however like to inform you that our Maison is unique (built in 1907 but completely refurbished in 2018) and every room has a different setting. Dear Guest, We are sorry to read that we did not reach your expectation during your stay. We do apologize for the delay in check-in time, this was an exceptional situation as we were full house and some guests checked-out very late not allowing us to clean the room on time. This delay was needid to provide you a spotless room. Regarding room types, as you may know, we are a historical building and our room as not as standardized as those in modern properties. This create some small differences between same type of rooms. We are sorry it did not pleased you. We do hope we will have a chance to welcome you back at Maison Astor Paris.
