I loved the customer service experience starting from Denisse, Grisela and Federick. They went on and beyond the job to accommodate me on my stay.
Great Breakfast
The hotel charges a $15/day parking fee, and worse, charges it through a website that you have to separately enter your card number into, so an inconvenient hassle in order to pay it. This is "airport" hotel near the airport surrounded by a parking lot and other hotels/parking lots and there is nothing to walk to, or public transit or even any other place you could park. I don't even think there's a walking path out. Unless you're airport crew only going to/from airport, the fee is pricy hassle that will make me think twice about any Hyatt property.
I like being close to the airport and access to buses to the downtown area

advertisement strongly states no smoking rooms! The moment I walked in the room it smelled of smoke and strong, chemical smell. It took me over an hour for the front desk to come in and smell the room and agreed. They try to find another room they were sold out I had to check out at midnight trying to search for another hotel. It was a hot mess as I was checking out there was outside activity with people checking in did not appear to be a safe environment for someone traveling alone was very disappointed in the Hyatt place as I’ve always used Hyatt Place as my go to for business short trips .
Place is not modern but very clean , friendly staff , good location ,breakfast included but you have to pay for parking.

I booked this hotel the day of. We got the room after 4pm. Airport shuttle is one of the reasons why we picked here and it was easy to make an arrangement. We also took the shuttle to a nearby restaurant and walked back to the hotel. Location is great, close to MCO and there’re a lot of food option. The room is clean and large with couches in addition to our king bed. Breakfast looked great, but we had to order a takeout breakfast cuz our flight was early. It was a short stay but we were pleasant. Shuttle driver was friendly.

The shuttle availability, good breakfast and much nicer room than I expected.
Property is a bit dated. Landscaping needs maintenance. The staff was very nice and gave us complimentary drinks.

However, our lot is monitored 24/7 and it is private property. These prices remain competitive in our area. On your next visit we’d be happy to provide you with a list of area restaurants that includes over 20 yummy places to grab a bite. All within a range that our complimentary airport shuttle can take you to! There’s also a park right down the street from our hotel with many walking distance restaurants!
