The room was old. Furniture definitely felt like it had seen better days. Missing pictures on the walls with nails still hanging. Bed was like a slab of concrete. Just not the caliber I expected
The hotel seems to be really old and the suite we booked had lot of dust and a couple of members in the family ended up having dust allergies

Beautiful hotel and property. Vanessa on the front desk was amazing and the shuttle drivers were very accomodating to our needs!. We had the 2 bdrm Suite which was Totally Awesome...very spacious and beautifully furnished with 3 queen beds, sofabed, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen!! Definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very nice hotel
This property, without any notice whatsoever, unilaterally cancelled my reservation on the day of travel -leaving us without any hotel room, at 11pm. Luckily after significant stress and without any help whatsoever from hotel secured another room and avoided an unsafe homeless night. Truly outrageous behavior by the hotel and their employees.

It was a good stay but we did see a cockroach in our room on the last day and our blankets were never actually changed. They just remade the bed. The pool and fire pit were nice. Located near the interstate so easy to get to Disney and other places. The front desk was great! Super kind! The outdoor grills are disgustingly dirty though and definitely need scrubbed down.
If your traveling and wanna be somewhere that feels like home look NO FURTHER this place is amazing the staff was so helpful the sweetest girls ever Tara and Alley thanks for all your help girls

Clean, family friendly hotel. It was super convenient for eating, shopping and airport. Our suite on second floor had some extreme pounding feet above from the 3rd floor (for a few late hours), not great sleep that night. But nice hotel overall.
