The staff was very rude. Unpleasant experience especially with Candace at Patisserie. I did not talk back or complain, because I did not want to ruin my vacation. The lady that checked us in was so nice and professional, but that does not make up for the treatment we got by the rest of the staff.

I think you need more dining options. I also think you need more lighting at night on the outside grounds. My husband fell outside walking one night because the area was not lit up enough. Also think you could have more evening activities.
