All you hear from your hotel room is the elevator beeping, people having conversations, and the staff constantly closing the staff door. When I brought up the noise complaint to the front desk as it was going on at 10:30pm when I was trying to sleep, they had lite me and told me that staff isn’t working at that time. Yet every night I would see and hear the staff opening and closing the staff door all the way until past 10:30 PM and even had to ask them to please stop as we were trying to sleep. Yet, it would continue the next night. We were not moved rooms even though they said they would try to look into it in the morning. They also don’t have the restaurants they claim to have opening in late February so the only restaurant open was the bar and lounge. The gentlemen opening the doors up front are welcoming and friendly, but it seems everyone else is just rude and unwelcoming. Our order although it was competed at the bar and lounge was lost in translation and we waited over an hour for it while everyone around us was getting their food. The bathroom tub was dirt. Overall, I would not stay here again. It was near a lot of shops and some food spots as it was downtown. The cabanas were broken and dirty.

Great hotel and great value for money if you want relaxing stay or traveling for work. For fun, stay at Bahamas or with kids Atlantis is the way to go but both options are a lot more expensive. This was one of may favorite hotels for tears.

Good hotel if you want to be in downtown Nassau
The staff are amazing, warm, friendly, helpful. The hotel new and clean. We had a hiccup upon checking in as we had paid for an ocean view but were put in a garden view room - when we went back to the front desk, they quickly moved us. The room had a very slightly fishy smell but we were able to ignore it. The pool was warm and nice. The area around the hotel is lively all day. The bar was beautiful & drinks were tasty - food not so much and it was the only place to eat on the property (other restaurants are apparently not open yet). Everything, including the store on the main floor, is extremely high priced and also taxed 10% with another 15% gratuity making everything very, very expensive. This is true everywhere in Nassau. The disappointment of downtown (this applies to all downtown hotels) is that after 6pm when the cruise ships leave each day, literally everything outside closes down. You only have Oku across the street, a “Gourmet seafood” boil around the corner, or a $$$$ steakhouse with terrible service in the Margaritaville complex to eat, and absolutely nothing else to do other than sit at the bar or watch tv in the room. Do not make the mistake of walking to the Fish Fry at Arawak Cay at night as we did - it is poorly lit, with no sidewalk in places, and motorcycles racing through the streets. Nothing happened to us but it was scary. Stay close to the hotel after dark. Overall we had a lovely stay. The staff are what make this property desirable.

Nice hotel
This is a beautiful refurbished hotel. You have your own private beach behind the hotel. There are 2 nice size pools. The pool that was suppose to be heat, was very cold. The jacuzzi was warm.but the jets didnt work. The hotel is cashless which is great. The food was okay but very pricey. We stayed on the 5th floor and the floor and rooms smelled like a hospital or nursing home. I went and broight clraning solution and still couldnt get rid of the smell. Hospitality was above excellence. We did have a problem with the hotel cherging 423 nightly when we had already paid.on arrival. Desk clerk advised it was an system issue and they would correct. Overall, would stay again but on a different floor.
