The water was not working and we had to be moved to another property and had reservations for 3 nights. We moved late at night from the Hyatt house to the Hyatt Place on the 1st night we arrived. Once we got to the Hyatt Place hotel they check us in, we unpacked and went to bed. In the morning I went to a business meeting and my wife left the room to find something to eat, upon returning her key did not work, she went to the front desk and they said we were checked out. My wife explained that we were from the Hyatt house hotel that had the water shut off and the manager said she did not care and that my wife, not the manager, had to call the Hyatt house to get a new letter from that manager stating so, she was very rude to my wife. So my wife called the manager at Hyatt House, explained we needed a letter from her to give to this manager which she did and the issue was resolved. This was a huge mess and inconvenience to me us which I feel a full or partial refund is called for. They wouldn't even let me get points for my stay!! Extremely disappointed.
