Our flight was late so we landed on Saturday morning at 6am. The room was paid for Friday. When I try to check in the front desk said there was no rooms available. That check out was at 11am. So basically I had to waite for room to become available and cleaned. I even spoke to a manager and he said that the hotel gave my room away because I never called. I asked for a refund since I did not stay on Friday and because the hotel decided to give my room away to someone else that the hotel received two payments. One from me and one from another customer. The manager continued to say that it was all about the revenue of the hotel . So I ended sleeping in the lounge area with my suite case looking like a homeless person. When I receive my room key and walked into my room , it looked like it was never cleaned. I will never stay at this hotel. The customer service is horrible and no one, including management never even apologized.

The water was not working and we had to be moved to another property and had reservations for 3 nights. We moved late at night from the Hyatt house to the Hyatt Place on the 1st night we arrived. Once we got to the Hyatt Place hotel they check us in, we unpacked and went to bed. In the morning I went to a business meeting and my wife left the room to find something to eat, upon returning her key did not work, she went to the front desk and they said we were checked out. My wife explained that we were from the Hyatt house hotel that had the water shut off and the manager said she did not care and that my wife, not the manager, had to call the Hyatt house to get a new letter from that manager stating so, she was very rude to my wife. So my wife called the manager at Hyatt House, explained we needed a letter from her to give to this manager which she did and the issue was resolved. This was a huge mess and inconvenience to me us which I feel a full or partial refund is called for. They wouldn't even let me get points for my stay!! Extremely disappointed.

Great family hotel
We were only able to stay a few hours as the hotel was having water issues. We wish we could have stayed in this clean, modern hotel with a beautiful pool. We are so thankful the hotel helped to find our family a new room at a new hotel and organized transition of payment. The front desk staff was incredibly gracious during a time of increased stress of moving multiple guests in a short amount of time. I hope we can stay here on a return trip to Nashville.

Lack of communication
Hotel had a water leak. That they new about when checking us in but decided to waite till 630 the next morning before moving us to another hotel. Was told they would comp our trip but so far I have over $500 pensing on my credit card from new the hotels security deposits and still nothing refunded from Huatt House or hotels.com
