Great stay!
We stayed in this beautiful home for my sister bachelorette. It was the perfect space for 10 girls. The rooftop porch was an awesome hang out and picture opportunity. Everything was neat and clean. The property manager was so easy to communicate with! I would definitely recommend!

Overpriced to be told we are loud
I was super excited to rent this property and get my family and friends together for my daugters 21st birthday. Unfortunately, I was continually called and texted about noise complaints when we were not loud which was stress I didnt need on vaction. I was woken up at 3:23am from multiple texts and l walked through the unit and only 2 people were awake and they were on their phones. I paid for early check in/late check out but wish I didn't because we couldnt wait to get out of there. I love VRBO and Nashville so was super disappointed this trip. Lesson learned, no Xenos and beware of sound monitoring devices.

Nashville Wedding Trip
This property worked perfect for our group. We had a family wedding to attend, and this was close to the venue. We had enough space for our group of 8 and we were even able to host a little social for an additional 4 people prior to the ceremony. The heat did not allow us to really take advantage of the top deck, but I think it would be perfect in the cooler months of October and November.

Not so Breathtaking
House needs another full bath, we had 12 adults stay and only 2 showers. Definitely could have used a rack or two to hang cloths. We were celebrating my daughters 21st Birthday, we popped some streamers in the STREET and got a complaint about some of the streamers blowing into the nghbors yard which was RIDICULOUS Rooftop was not as nice as what it showed in Pictures on line it was 100 degrees while we were there air conditioner would not go below 70 degrees Probably would not recommend
