Amazing restaurants in walkimg distance and the walk to centennial park was easy and beautiful
Expensive, not deserve the price, additional parking fee 30$/day is too much.
There was no mention anywhere that they will charge $25 for parking and when questioned, manager Christina was very rude and kept on referring to website though I found nothing. Very unprofessional!
I liked that it is centrally located in downtown Nashville. The building facade is very attractive. However, we had to wait an extra day for the correct room, the one we booked; the air conditioning in the suite was insufficient; and we had to request housekeeping service several times before we got it.
Check in was late but ultimately I was upgraded. Parking was plentiful and should have been included. The hotel was nice but is in need of an update. Carpets were in poor repair in the elevators in particular.
I will not be returning. Plenty of cleaner, better maintained, friendlier places in the area. The absolute only positive was the location. Hilton properties used to mean something, but this stay proved that is no longer the case.
They had no rooms clean at 3pm. People were waiting for hours in lobby until rooms were available to check in. I did not get a room til 7pm
The location close to attractions, restaurants and colleges. Don't like to pay for parking
Shabby, no amenities. Hidden charges. $20 to park per day.
Very nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast was great, the outdoor pool was nice. I do wish it stayed open until at least 11 though.
I liked the staff and how well maintained it was. It is just dated and needs an overall.
