Nice and clean. The area was quiet in the evenings to facilitate.
The property is understaffed, has no facility other than a continental breakfast for food and I was told that the bar is close because they did not have a bartender. This type of information should be disclosed two people that are considering staying at this property. The pool area was old and run down I would not swim in the water.
Quaint. Nice space. Friendly staff.
Everything was excellent, clean and quiet :)
We just finished a 2 night stay at the Inn of Naples and when you see a post on the door of "please pardon our appearance," you think oh maybe some dust on the floor, some minor electric work... Not so much. The walls all had writing for future wiring jobs, boxes for construction in the hallways, many walls being torn down, construction workers and their equipment outside and throughout the hotel. No restaurant option so it was grab and go in the lobby. I saw no gym space to think of, the pool was sadly very dirty as well. Once we were in our room, it was a nice space - but we also couldn't shower for over an hour time period due to the water being shut off in the building! For the price that we paid per night, we definitely expected more - and when I went down to visit other family members staying up the road at another different hotel for a similar price/night, and they had a GORGEOUS property, definitely stung a bit more. I can't speak to how this hotel is NOT under construction so this was just my current experience.
Always a great stay here. Very clean quiet and super close to everything in Naples.
The property is under major repair in the public areas. Complimentary continental breakfast was advertised but the staff make one small pot of coffee that only serves one quarter or eighth of the residents and then refuses to make more for those who were not lucky enough to be in line in time before it ran out. Were rudely told , ‘You have coffee in your room, go make that’! No towels available for the pool unless you are first to get there and then there were just five towels. Exposed wires running the length of the hallway on the first floor right above our entry door. Rehab dirt everywhere in the halls, on carpets, unfinished walls. Lobby had not floor. Large patches of missing flooring everywhere and dangerous walking hazard. This place should not be advertised nor rented out to occupants.
Dirty
Good and pleasant
The staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Will definitely return.
Wet clean is like home away home, the staff very friendly, close to the beach and everything. Defenetly when we come back to Naples we stay again.
The stay was great.
