The Tub never had water pressure and I don’t mean low pressure I mean completely wouldn’t come on. Myself and 3 other guests all commented there was zero hot water so yea the shower was fun today.
The staff was nearly hostile - they were even rude about it being booked on Orbitz and I had booked a view room but the room is in the lowest floor on the street side. Also for a W this place is bland.
There was no room service after 10pm. We had to order Uber Eats and the hotel wouldn't bring our order to our room. We had to go down to the lobby to pick it up. The front desk was manned by 2 people who admitted they were the only 2 employees working in the hotel that night! I tried to call housekeeping because the in-room fridge was making a loud buzzing sound but no one picked up the phone. No one at the front desk also answered the phone. Embarrassing lack of hospitality and service. That said, the room was clean and breakfast the next morning was quick and well made.
The hotel and room is outdated. I booked a suite and it was not cleaned besides the fact that I had to wait extra time to check in, it still was not clean. I was very disappointed. Never again. And good luck getting someone to answer the phone for service.

I know it was a New Year’s weekend however this is not the first W hotel I’ve stayed at. Unfortunately I had some issues with the staff and housekeeping. I was there for six days and my housekeeping wasn’t a part I had to ask several times to get the room cleaned and to restock. I did report this to the staff and they were polite nevertheless there was some attitude about my request which wasn’t necessary considering I spent $4000 for my stay and then another $168 for parking. I have stayed a better W And I don’t think I’ll be staying in this one again
I've had the honor to stay at W Miami in the past and loved it. I will continue to stay there when I'm in Miami. I mist have The Marvelous suite.
Didn't have the best experience cause the staff downstairs didn't that my guest come up to my Room and saying rude comments to my guest also that they were watching my Room cause there was suspicious activity going on and that I haven't slept a night which makes no sense to me at all because i didn't rent a $2000 Room for 2 nights to have people watching my every move... i was recently hit by a car so am in constant pain .. so for them to act all prissy ..is not called for. If You're in customer service in that means you have to service the customer and the customer is always right
It’s a nicely located hotel but still under construction the swimming poolol Is still closed.

Pool was under construction. No real beach reciprocal with other hotels. No turndown service. Breakfast was lame. Would not stay there again. One positive - staff was terrific.
