Very run down and not clean. Front desk not friendly and several people coming back complaining about their accommodations size of room, two ladies promised a wheelchair accessible room and at the time of check in they were waiting 10 hours.

The suite with a kitchenette did not include a kitchen sink, so all dishes had to be washed in the bathroom sink that has no countertop. The bathroom did not have hooks for towels that would be safe from getting wet. The toilet was oddly small; i felt like an adult sitting on a child's chair awaiting punishment. They were not able to provide any sort of toiletries if you forgot anything. Generally, just in inconvenient place to stay.

Very nice property, stayed one night before a cruise. Parking was a little difficult to find, but parked in parking garage, near property. Rooms where clean and spacious. The restaurants are not handy to property, I suggest finding food before checking in. Overall it’s a great place to stay!
