Property was great, but beware they do not have their own parking garage and the garage acroos the street was full 3 of the 4 days we were there. It is absolutely amazing area, nice pool, beach access is great. Staff is super nice. Would definitely recommend outside of parking but that may just be Miami

Nice hotel, need to improve a lot!
The hotel is very old, It was renovated during the pandemic and is confortable. Nice pool and direct beach access. It has no parking and the closest one charges almos 50 dollars per day. No buffet breakfast which means to choose some dishes but there is no way to have a nice all you can eat buffet.

If you are looking for customer service during your vacation, do not stay here. From check-in to calling corporate no one is helpful. If you have a compliant they push it around. Front Desk Manager (2 of them) were both rude and unaccommodating. They had zero interest in trying to accommodate and did not care about unhappy customers. When I called corporate, they said they reached out to the front desk and gave me a case number which was never followed up on; during my 4 night/ 5 day stay, no one checked to see how my stay was going. Hotel itself was not bad but they staff was terrible.

Out of the hustle and bustle of true South Beach but walkable to other things on the beach path. Access to the beach was awesome. Room was clean, staff was friendly.
