When you have 2 elevators and one goes down it should be considered a service emergency and all efforts possible made to repair within 24 hours. 4 days later and no sign of anyone trying to fix it. Totally unacceptable.

I would say that the room wasn’t the cleanest nor was the bathroom. As well, one of the elevators was broke the entire time we were there. This was a huge inconvenience for not only us but a ton of other people. My wife and I stayed on the 11th floor and had to take the stairs multiple times. As well handful of times we did take the elevator. Everybody on the elevator would complain about how they had to get on and ride it up even if they were going down because if they didn’t, they may not be able to get on the elevator. Lastly, the air conditioners in the rooms I guess due to some eco-friendly setting would turn the air conditioner off so when we would come back to our room during the day, our room would be 75° 80° just miserably hot. The air conditioner in the lobby seem to work great it always felt amazing when we were downstairs, but we were sweating overnight. Seriously my wife and I will stay this property again due to this thing.

The view and location were top notch! Could walk a few hundred feet to Miami Beach or enjoy the pool/hot tub. One elevator was down so there was a wait to get to your room. The location and view won the day!!

The lobby is well maintained and clean. Staff that works at the Starbucks that is attached to the property were lovely. All front desk agents with the exception of the agent that checked us in are completely indifferent to guests and guest concerns. I tried to dial ext 0 to get assistance but it rang and rang for over 5 minutes and I finally had to give up. Room and bathroom was very dusty. The second day of our stay, house keeping only took dirty towels from the bathroom and left new ones. Nothing else was cleaned. We had hair all over the floor from getting ready that morning. Maybe the property only does a full clean before check in. All in all, the stay was average.

The room furnishings were a little dated compared to other Marriott hotels. Counter staff don’t seem to be happy about their job, no smiles. Great location to the beach and many great restaurants. And there is a Starbucks at the hotel.

Love the property, this is our 3rd stay. However rooms are starting show their age, need to be updated. Toom service was hit or miss Sometimes we would have 2 bath towels, 0 wash cloths, etc. Coffee pods were replenished only a couple times, even though we stayed a week. Mircowaves need to be included in the room, but they charged $10 per day for use of mirco in room. For the level of service and amenities, i believe its overpriced. Probably will stay at the hilton property bext door next time. They dont charge for micorwaves in room and bottle water is included. Overall, its time for the property to receive a refresh/update

We were provided alcohol infused gelato upon arrival, a first for me. We also received complimentary Sangrias. The front desk atrendants were super friendly and phenomenal.
