This hotel is beautiful. Bright, airy and very clean. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly and will do anything for you to enjoy your stay with them. The rooms are beautiful. Not extravagant but simply decorated. Very comfortable beds ( if you like a firm bed ). Beautiful comfortable bathroom with lots of space. Nice big bathtub and a walk-in shower. The bar in the lobby is very nice with a view of the water. We had room service and it was fabulous! The presentation and the food was excellent! Highly recommend this hotel.

Our room offered a jaw dropping view of Biscayne Bay and a fantastic wrap around balcony on which to enjoy that view. The Brickell area is the place to stay in Miami, with tons of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. The beautiful and uncrowded beaches of Biscayne Key are about 3.5 miles away across the causeway (I ran there one morning). The service from the staff is everything you expect from a Mandarin property. The only issue was our suite was not what we have experienced in other Mandarins around the world. The closet was too small to hang my wife's dresses without them dragging the ground, and we had to store our bags under the desk. The bathroom was fine for an ordinary hotel, but lacked the wow factor found in most Mandarin. Even so, the view and the staff outweigh these concerns and we will stay there again.

Please know we take a suspected case of bed bugs to be very serious and have very stringent protocols in place to investigate any alleged case in our hotel. I thought it would be pertinent for you to know that we thoroughly followed up with our pest control company to inspect the room you stayed in. We contacted our pest control company to complete a thorough inspection for any possible pests, including bed bugs. It is an extensive inspection by a professional and involves very detailed work. I hope it brings you some piece of mind that the pest control inspector did not find any evidence of any pests in the room you occupied.
