First of all Steven was awesome!!! He helped me have a late check-in and recommended some great places! So happy to have had him assist me during my stay. The property dells a little dated, they could use some renovations in the common areas and rooftop. It’s definir super convenient and relaxed. I would recommend this hotel for sure it’s my second time staying here. And I would def stay again for a quick getaway!!!

Amazing stay !!! Absolutely beautiful rooms. The Taco restaurant is amazing, walking distance to literally everything on south beach! The pool is beautiful and convenient. I will definitely recommend!!! Not a pick for children, come to miami with your friends or partner for an amazing stay at DREAM SOUTH BEACH !
Staff was really nice & the place was really clean. Pros: Clean, Nice Staff, Allowed me to check in at noon, very attentive, responds fast, comfy bed, cool tv. After a certain time you have to have the code to enter the building, Safe. Convenient traveling; close to everything. Cons: Very noisy, The walls are super thin can hear everything, The people staying above me sounded like a parade of elephants, Very noisy hallway; I thought people were coming into my room at times because the walls are so thin, No soap holder in the shower, A lot of construction; looks kind of creepy. No microwave in room, bad lightening (For my ladies that do makeup). Kind of disappointed, I thought the hotel would be better because of the reviews I saw. I wish in the future this place gets better because the staff were awesome, especially Ernesto. He’s really a sweetheart! Would not stay again tho
Very nice clean and quiet this was my second time staying and I would stay again but don’t bring your car because the hotel takes at least 30 minutes to return your car to you other then that it was great friendly staff and the location is perfect!!
We arrived at 10pm and they refused late checkout plus staff was less than friendly. No coffee or even tea is service in morning. Room had no coffee or tea or snacks not even a bottle of water. This is not a luxury by any means.
terrible. reception told me room above restaurant stop playing music at 10pm. Now 10:40 manager comes to room horrible attitude hears loud music says its normal and walks out does bothing. black african american about 23 years old. I want full refund. this after lunch took over 1 hour to be served because of no waiter service on rooftop. HORRIBLE !!!
I choose this hotel by the pictures of the decorations and i was impressed,when i get there they send me to another building that disappointed me.
Great location, right on the strip and walking distance from a lot of activities/ restaurants including the beach. Also, the staff is super friendly. However, the hotel itself needs to be updated… the elevator worked when it felt like, no mini fridge in room and limited availability, and not microwave in hotel at all u have to go across the street to warm anything up.
The property has a modern design with upgraded interior (many hotels in south beach still have an aged interior). The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I ended up extended my stay twice in one trip, stayed for a total of 5 days and 4 nights. Reasonably priced, walking distance from the beach and around the corner from Ocean Drive.

Rooms were a little on small side and furniture could be arranged better to allow view from windows on to street. Windows we’re also extremely dirty from the outside. Staff was amazing, everyone we encountered were pleasant and eager to help. Resort fee is not outrageous. All in all one of our best stays in south beach.
The only issue i had in the hotel was a rotten smell in the bathroom the was not going away.
