Property is decent- had landlord specials all over the room, bathroom tiles could use a good cleaning. From the photos presented and what we saw this is like a 3 star hotel. Missing tiles, hardware in bathroom failing out and dirty grout. Breakfast was very good eggs, potatoes, cereal, waffles etc. our biggest problem was the bathroom doors were see through. We were staying with another couple, sharing a room for a night after a cruise. We jimmy rigged some towels and a sheet over door so you didn’t feel like you were being watch using restroom or showering
Orbitz sold me an Oceanfront Suite and when I got here they said they didn’t have it available. So now we’re looking at an alley way and a dumpster for my wife’s birthday…..so you tell me how I should feel!
Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Area has a great vibe.

I was disappointed in the reservation, staff, and room. The rooms were small, and we had to have our bed sheets replaced due to stains. Also, our reservation advised that we would be offer a complimentary drink during our stay as VIP guest but were told at checking it was mint water. That specification was very misleading, as to mint water is normally placed in the lobby of most hotels free. Complimentary drinks sound more to the effect of alcoholic beverages. Also, I the hotel declined refunded my stay although I was dissatisfied with the service and amenities. I would not recommend staying here and will reserve elsewhere for future reservations.

There were extra visitors in our bathroom(roaches). People were smoking weed outside our door. The view was garbage. The fan was hanging on by a thread. The staff was nice but I should have gotten my money back.
Prime location. Staff was excellent. Their effort and cordiality were commendable. Rooms and restrooms are small, but did not matter. Breakfast was same everyday, which could have had some variations. In all a great experience!
