We had lovely vacation. While our original room had several issues (broken AC and safe), the hotel moved us the next morning to an upgraded room. We appreciated their promptness in addressing our concerns. It was a lovely stay overlooking St. Katherine’s Dock and right on the Thames a picturesque area. Plus the London Tower was right there and offered ready access to transportation. While the hotel rooms were a bit dated, they were perfectly comfortable.

What I did not like was that the staff weren't as friendly and they kept asking us if we were staying at the hotel and asking for our key card just to prove we were staying at the hotel especially after they seen us multiple times (same staff) Other people will walk in or just hang out at the lobby and they did not approach them at all.

This hotel was perfect in every way. Breakfast buffet had many options and the omelets were delicious. Building is high class and very clean. Staff were nice and professional. The location was ideal. We stayed in a suite with a bridge view and my family loved every moment. The rollaway bed was even super comfy! Perfect hotel!
