It was an easy and smooth check in process. The guy who checked me in was very friendly and gave me an upgraded room. The location is walkable to the metro like 12-15 min walk. I really like the convenient stores and a market store right across from the hotel. Also, this hotel is pretty close to the Tower Bridge.

Was okay but had to move rooms because the first had stains on floor and bed, second was okay but still not great for the amount we paid. Also had to pay £150 security deposit but was not told about it beforehand. Overall was okay

Great hotel in an excellent location. Easy access to the underground. A few shops over the road selling groceries and essentials. Only a few minor clearing issues in the bathroom. Other than that, excellent.
