Service was not the best. Room not turned over until after 5 pm. AC went out several times. Very loud area makes sleeping with windows open not viable. Amex CC taken at check in for incidentals, but you cannot charge breakfast or drinks to room. Amex not accepted for dining nor cash, just pointless. It was a last minute trip anf i will not stay here again.

Amazing staff, lovely modern rooms,could be a bit bigger for 4 adults. Although We were kindly offered 2 rooms. Breakfast outstanding and cannot compliment the staff enough.. Absolutely amazing stay in a fab location

Great value. We loved the location for its walk ability to Covent Gardens and SOHO. Cute cafes nearby as well. The room was clean and sound proof from other guests. Some sirens go by so maybe bring earplugs. The bed was super comfortable. The amenities are great, have a pool and sauna plus a restaurant onsite. We were happy to have this as our home base while in London.

Relaxing getaway
Lovely hotel, we came for a relaxing get away and it was just so perfect. The bed was super comfy and the pool/spa area so calming. We both felt recharged after our night away. Will definitely be going back.
