Not wheelchair accessible. wheelchair lift to breakfast and dinning area was not working and the staff were not concerned about fixing it or offering an alternative solution.

Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are very small though. It would be OK for one person but was too small for two.

This was my second time staying at this hotel because for the convenience and ease of stay the location can’t be beat. I also booked this hotel because of the pool. However the decent price appears to come with a compromise! The hotel bellman are excellent and kind as are some ( not all) the front desk reception staff. The young men at reception were charming and helpful but the two women were not helpful or polite at all. The lifts are tiny and slow. One lift was broken my entire 4 day stay and according to another guest I chatted with while waiting 15 minutes for a lift it had been out of service for at least 4 days prior to my arrival. The rooms are small but decent. Rock hard pillows! Housekeeping needs to be better. Hit and miss with replacing towels and soap. During my 4 day stay there was no toilet paper replacement even when one roll was clearly gone. The pool is a disaster with a pool manager/lifeguard who is clearly overwhelmed by his job. The pool capacity is 20 people but most of the time only 10 people can be in the pool because the hotel rents out half the pool for kids private swimming lessons! The irony being I took swimming lessons in this very pool when I was 7 years old and growing up in Kensington! The pool changing rooms are beyond filthy… empty soap bottles in the showers, no shampoo, broken lockers, mess everywhere. Anyway… if you can deal with a mediocre hotel because of the price point and location this is a viable option!

Convenient location. Concierge had no tourist info or any ability to book tours etc. He was very helpful getting taxi etc

I loved the location and the area. It was a bit dated. We were in an accessbile room and when we used the shower water flooded the whole bathroom. Not idea.

Staff is very helpful. Great location

Good location, close to the tube station. Waited in a very long line to check in. It would have better if the check in desk had more staff to help.

The visit was real good. I missed having a restaurant however your breakfast was very nice.

Great location relative to Kensington High Street, tube stations, markets, and so on. The room and property overall was adequate for our needs, but could use some rejuvenation. Similarly, services were adequate, but with hints of neglect (for example, dishware across the hall was there for three days before being picked up). One peeve (maybe trivial, you decide) is that there are only 20 television channels available. Yeah, definitely a first-world problem to be sure, but in the hour before dozing it would be nice to be able to browse channels and movies. You can't do that here. Overall a decent value, but do not expect something high end.

When we checked in it was one hour before the allowed check-in times. We had just come from a 8.5 hour flight and a 7 hour time change and asked for our room. The couple in front of us were given their room, however the staff member that helped us, insinuated that since we had booked through "Expedia" we were not entitled to an early check-in, etc. He made us feel that if you use "expedia" you are not as valued as if you book directly with them! We actually used our Avion points and that system uses the "Expedia" portal to book the rooms. It was not a positive experience as we had to wait another 1.5 hours to get into our room. This is an extremely busy hotel and the front desk always had a lineup. Breakfasts were great and our room was quiet.
