REGARDLESS OF A BOOKING THROUGH 3 RD PARTY APP OR NOT YOU THE ORIGINAL HOTEL ULTIMATELY SHOULD NOT BE LOOKING DOWN ON 3 rd PARTYS APP BOOKING I HAVE NOTICE. THEY BLAME EACHOTHER THE HOTEL SAYS ACTS LIKE OH THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. ULTIMATELY YOU BOTH NEED TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE AND. ALSO WITH THE DEPOSIT AMOUNTS ETC. THE THIRD PARTY WILL CHARGE FOR THAT FEE AN THE. ADDITIONAL HOTEL CHARGES I NEVER EXPERIENCED A BOOKING SITE TO GOVE ME ISSUES ABOUT A REFUND OR CANCELATION ITS ALWAYS THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. IM UPSET BECAUSE MY ITINERARY SHOWS THE CHARGE RESORT FEE & THE. HOTEL WANT TO CAHRGE ME AGAIN ! You guys as a hotel needs to stop telling customers oh we can’t help you because of it being booked through 3 rd party when ultimately it’s the hotels that make final decisions I was charged over 300 for a room Bs. And then additional hotel resort fee when it’s not even nice hotel all old

Beautiful property. Nice view. Comfy bed. Add a mini fridge to the room and it'll be perfect.
Staff was friendly and courtesy and my wife and I are buying the exact same mattress when we’re home
Externally the hotel was nice, the grounds around the hotel was inviting. The lobby area was beautiful and had a lot of history. But the room was not so inviting or welcoming. The toilet did not have pressure, I thought the toilet was going to over flow. The shower kept dripping. There is no small fridge or safe to lock up important things. The carpet smelled moldy, but it is an old hotel. We had to switch rooms because of ants infestation. We found out our friends also requested to move due to leaking faucets. The breakfast dine in is slow, but i have to say the maintenance and front desk are very nice and helpful. Would I stay there again? I'm not sure. The hotel is located in a prime location, restaurants, shopping mall its very convenient.
The hotel has character and is decorated beautifully. The rooms are a bit dated and there is not a microwave or fridge in the room. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurants are great...we ate at both and enjoyed them. We will stay here again.
This is a very nice property. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that our room was about 10 feet from the front desk and very noisy. Other than that, it would’ve been 5 stars

This is a beautiful hotel, it is maintained but details are going overlooked. Last week my room had a coffee maker did not heat the water and this stay the remote control did not work.
Liked the location. Didnt like that i chose thia hotel on our 5 day journey beacuse of all the amenities and they were all closed.
