It was perfect for my family & I. We only stayed 3 nights, but it was just what we wanted & needed. The kids enjoyed the waterpark & arcade with all the attractions inside. It was great. The food in the restaurant at Stone Hill was amazing as was the food at the waterpark! We had a great stay. We will visit again in the future.
We were supposed to have a table and five chairs in our room. We inquired about it a few times and were told by guest services we would get them but they never delivered. There were 4 plastic chairs on the balcony, one was broken and they never replaced it. Guest services did nothing t take care of our problems. Also, they did not clean our room as we requested, very poor customer service. While at the waterpark we stored our items in a locker while other patrons reserved tables and lounges with their items. It was extremely difficult to find a place to rest or eat. We finally had to move peoples items so we could eat and rest. A disgruntled patron asked why i moved his things, I told him the chairs were for everybody and he should get a lockers. Things were placed so no one else could relax and enjoy watching their children play. Wilderness of the Smokies does not have the best interests of their patrons at heart.
Our room had cigarette buds in the pull out couch, and there was a gymnastics competition going on there at the same time which made the water park FULL so there was also long lines for everything and hard to find any parking , we went for my daughters 4year old birthday wish I’d of know about the event going on so I could’ve booked out at layer dates.
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was super helpful.
Noisy in the morning Kids but to be expected!
Good location.
I was so happy with the room and all the perks. I was pleasantly suprised to have a mini fridge and microwave in our room. The water park was so much fun. My grandchildren that are 5 and 6 were content with just the waterpark. Which saved me money on the end lol. We would stay again. Thankyou for the memories.
They need more shuttle buses and bus stops that are clearly labeled for where the buses will be going. Wish the outdoor pools would be open longer. Everything else was great. More carts for luggage would be nice as well. We had to search for carts at check in and check out.
Not too far from everything. Lots of fun things for kids
