Breakfast not great Expensive Pool was nice
Wonderful visit to Key West. Peaceful stay at Silver Palms. Close to everything, but not in the middle of the congestion. Lazy afternoons at the pool surrounded by palms and amazing continental breakfast with made to order omelets by the pool. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff helpful and very friendly. Looking forward to a return stay!
It was basic. Our phone in the room didn't work I had to call the hotel itself from my personal phone. Tv was very snowy. Room cleaning had to be requested from front desk. Simona at front desk was professional and approachable.
Clean and convenient
Staff was attentive and helpful. The property Was constantly being cleaned. All as advertised from photos: rooms, location, pool and amenities. Bonus was the light breakfast with daily omelet bar.
Hotel is in excellent condition. Located in a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks away from the action on Duval Street. Room was spacious, clean, and modern.
The location was great. Easy walk to anything we wanted to do. Great restaurants all within a few blocks. The on site parking was easy and convenient. The only downside was that breakfast had limited food options but I suspect that this is due to covid. We had coffee and bagels that were fine but we were hoping that there might be some fruit or perhaps something else.
Location is excellent. Staff was incredibly helpful. I have no negatives.
