We wanted to love this hotel, but we couldn’t. Location is amazing, but sadly our room was infested with bugs. They were everywhere. In the bed, the lamps, nightstands… We arrived late and checked in after hours, but didn’t even get a key, only a map with the instructions to get to the room. The person at the front desk told me “just so you know bugs/termites are everywhere in the keys”. They might be everywhere, but this is a hotel. Those SHOULDN’T be on the bed! Minor things, the bathroom also had a weird smell and the AC is super loud…
Property was in a great location! The person who checked us in didn’t give us the “tour” like other hosts did so it took us a couple days to figure out things like where breakfast was or where the bike racks were. We did bump into the owner and he was great! Will probably head back now that we know where everything is.

The property was close to Duval St. and quiet also. The grounds were beautiful. We loved the pool and sun deck. My wife and have stayed at 10 or bnb's and this is our favorite. This will be our go to now

The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded me to a very nice room with a balcony. The gardens and the pool were wonderful. The daily coffee and breakfast were just fine. The room was in pretty good shape but in need of a good deep clean. The bathroom was very disappointing. The sink drain was clogged and would take forever to drain. The toilet was in need of a new one. The whole bathroom should be ripped out and redone. The place look ace has a great charm, in a great spot but really could use a little upgrade
Beautiful private space, great location, nice pool, nice rooms, but lacking in amenities. The continental breakfast was very poor. Frozen (and still cold) "fresh baked local goods" were terrible. A staff person heated up pre-made eggs and either ham or bacon, but there was no notice about this, no one talked, no sign indicating this was offered - it was all sort of odd. Pillows were absolutely terrible. But it was pretty and safe and had great areas to socialize with our friends.
The property was cute and in a very convenient location but there was rat poop in our bathroom sink when we woke up (It didn't have a drain stopper- which could have prevented that) Left me skeeved out. No one was there in the morning at checkout for me to even complain to. Overall ok.

Patrick at checkin was so nice and carried my 2 VERY heavy bags up to our wonderful room on the 2nd floor.
For the price not many amenities. Jr suite was a nice size. Didn’t try the pool. Coffee was not available on 2nd day. Not sure about breakfast as it wasn’t ready when they said it would be available; but no big deal.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was tidy and comfortable, and overall the resort exudes luscious, tropical, splendor with an inclusive and casual vibe.

we are so sorry you didnt enjoy ur stay with us .. and yes terminates are everywhere esp in termite season .. its all over the island
